PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a guide tube which is a solid product and has a reinforced part by rolling techniques in a Pilgrim or Pilger rolling mill. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing the guide tube whose outside diameter is constant and which has the main part and reinforced part having thicker wall-thickness and also a tubular blank 22 is rolled on the material 14 of the Pilgrim rolling mill. As a 1st rolling stage, the 1st part of the blank 22 is rolled in the 1st parts 18, 19 of the mandrel 14, the mandrel 14 is moved in the axial direction of the blank 22 and, as the 2nd rolling stage, the 2nd part of the blank 22 is rolled in the 2nd parts 19, 20 of the mandrel 14.
