<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase holding power of a fastener for metal fittings by making an injection hole at the position, where the metal fitting is to be installed in a flush structure, and injecting the resin into the structure, thereby reinforcing the part filled with the resin. SOLUTION: A metal fitting 5 is installed by a fastener 8 in a surface of a building or in a flush structure, in which an internal space is formed by arranging rail members 3, 4 on the surfaces facing with each other of two sheets of surface materials 1, 2. In this case, an injection hole 6 is made in the surface material 1 in order to inject a cold hardening resin (e.g., an epoxy resin containing hollow aggregates) into the internal space, filling the space with the resin. Then, the metal fitting 5 is installed in place by using the fastener 8, which penetrates from the surface material 1 to the cold hardening resin.</p> |
