PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly control dimming of a display equipment, by estimating a condition considering a display device complicated. SOLUTION: In a navigation computer 10, based on the present place detected in a GPS device 12, from a map data memory part 14, brightness or the like in the periphery of a self vehicle is estimated. Based on an estimation result, necessity for dimming of a display 20 or the like is decided, based on a decision result, dimming is controlled. Accordingly, when necessity for preventing conspicuousness of the display 20 in a mountainous path or the like is large provided, proper dimming can be performed. |
