SOLUTION: In an alloy electroplating bath consisting essentially of zinc and contg. one or >=2 kinds among nickel, cobalt, iron and chromium, the concns. of Na<+> , SO4 <2-> , NH4 <-> , Al<3+> , Mg<2+> , K<+> and Li<+> (in mol/l) in the plating bath satisfy the inequality, 40<7 Na<+> +11×SO4 <2-> +9×NH4 <-> +31×Al<3-> +16×Mg<2+> +7×K<+> 6×Li<+> <70, alloy plating is conducted in the bath, and a zinc alloy-plated steel sheet is produced with excellent deposition efficiency of the iron-family alloying elements and high current efficiency.
