PRODUCTION OF CARBON BLACK MOLDED PRODUCT AND PREVENTION OF ADHESION OF CARBON BLACK POWDER TO SURFACE OF PUNCH ON MOLDING OF CARBON BLACK POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to express an effect for preventing the adhesion of carbon black and efficiently obtain the carbon black molded product by vibrating the pressing surface of a punch on the press-molding of the carbon black. SOLUTION: When carbon black is charged into a mold and subsequently pressed to produce the molded product having a constant shape, the pressing surface of a punch is vibrated before and/or during the pressing of the carbon black to prevent the adhesion of the carbon black powder to the pressing surface of the punch. The pressing surface of the punch is preferably vibrated in a frequency of 10Hz to 100kHz and in an amplitude of 1 to 1000μm. Thereby, the carbon black powder can efficiently be deaerated on the press molding of the carbon black. The generation of cracks in the carbon molded product can be suppressed.
