SOLUTION: The photoirradiation module with the surface of a light transmitting tube 2 contg. a photoirradiation lamp coated with a fluororesin or fluorine film is assembled in a housing 9 as a detachable integrated unit, a movable body 13 such as a screw nut 12 is attached to a moving means such as a screw shaft 11 provided to the housing 9, the movable body 13 is inserted close to the surface of the tube 2, an annular scraper 3 sliding along the outer face of the tube 2 and made of Tefron(R), etc., is detachably fixed to the movable body 13, and the scale depositing on the tube 2 surface is stripped off while the liq. is irradiated with light. |
