<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the restitution performance, a flying performance, and the feeling by a method wherein the core is formed of a base material rubber, and a rubber composition containing zinc acrylate, a zinc oxide, an organic peroxide, and an organic disulfide compound represented by the formula I, of specified wt.% respectively. SOLUTION: Based on 100 pts.wt. of a base material rubber, a rubber composition containing 15-45 pts.wt. of zinc acrylate, 1-30 pts.wt. of a zinc oxide 0.2-5 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide, 0.05-3 pts.wt. of an organic disulfide compound represented by the formula I, and a filler, etc., when necessary, is blended. The mixture is kneaded by a roll, etc., and heat-press-molded by a die, and a core is formed. In the formula I, R is taken as the formula II and/or the formula III. As the base material rubber, natural rubber, etc., can be used, but especially, a high-cis polybutadiene rubber of which the cis-1, 4-bonding is at least approx. 40% or higher, preferably approx. 80% or higher, is preferable. By the usage of this core, the rebounding property and the hitting distance can be improved.</p> |
