PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. having a large relative dielectric const., high Q-value and a small absolute temp. coefft. of dielectric const. by constituting the compsn. of PbO, ZrO2 , MgO and controlling the molar ratio of these to a specified range. SOLUTION: This porcelain compsn. consists of PbO, ZrO2 and MgO and expressed by xPbO.yZrO.zMgO, wherein (x), (y), (z) are the molar ratio satisfying 45.0<=x<=54.0, 45.0<=y<=54.0 and 1.0<=z<=10.0 and x+y+z=100.0. Each powder of PbO, ZrO2 and MgO is compounded in a specified ratio, mixed, dried, calcined at 1,000 to 1,050 deg.C. The calcined material is pulverized and dried, to which an org. binder such as polyvinylalcohol is added. The mixture is granulated, press formed and calcined at 1,150 to 1,250 deg.C. The sintered body consists of a porcelain compsn. having >=100 relative dielectric const., >=100 Q value, and a large positive temp. coefft. of dielectric cost. as >+2,700ppm/ deg.C. |
