PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation of a recorder due to static electricity when a user touches a cable, or the like. SOLUTION: The recorder comprises a body for mounting a recording member removably provided with a record control board 14, a cover for opening/ closing the body, and a cable 10 for connecting the recording member electrically with the control board 14, wherein the control board 14 is insulated electrically from the cable 10 upon opening the cover. |
