PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable collecting fine dust floating in a sedimentation chamber. SOLUTION: A dust containing gas feeding port 21 is provided on the side face in the middle of a sedimentation chamber 20, and a dust collecting port 22 is installed below the sedimentation chamber 20. A net 23 is installed over the surface in the horizontal direction above the dust containing gas feeding port 21 in the sedimentation chamber 20 so that static electricity is not escaped to pass fiber containing dust. A fluid discharge port 25 for discharging fluid from which dust has been removed is installed above the sedimentation chamber 20.
