PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject foam excellent in dimensional stability and flame retardance without raising the foam density by reacting a specific polyol with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a hydrogen atom-containing fluorocarbon. SOLUTION: (A) A polyol which is (n) kinds of polyols (A1 ) to (An ), satisfying the condition that a value of HA represented by the formula [(n) is >=2; Mi is the molar fraction of the i-th polyol (Ai ) in the polyols (A1 ) to (An ); Hi is a hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB) of the polyol (Ai ) determined according to the Griffin method] is 5-12 and having preferably >=20mass% aromatic group concentration, 0.3-5mass% content of the tertiary nitrogen atom and 150-600 average hydroxyl value (e.g. a polyether polyol) is reacted with (B) a polyisocyanate and (C) a hydrogen atom-containing fluorocarbon as a foaming agent in the presence of, as necessary, (D) water, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and a flame retardant. |
