PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer for forming a dot of suitable density by preventing discharge medium from being introduced from a second nozzle to a first nozzle. SOLUTION: The printer comprises a first pressure chamber in which a quantitative medium 22 is to be introduced, a second pressure chamber in which a discharge medium 21 is to be introduced, a first nozzle 6 communicating at one side with the first chamber and becoming at the other a first nozzle opening 6a, a second nozzle 4 communicating at one side with the second chamber and becoming at the other a second nozzle opening 4a, a first pressure applying means for applying pressure to the medium 22 in the first chamber to extrude the medium 22, and a second pressure applying means for applying pressure to the medium 21 in the second chamber to discharge the medium 21. In this case, the opening 4a is disposed adjacent to the opening 6a, and an opening length of a directed to the opening 6a of the opening 4a is larger than that of a direction perpendicular thereto. |
