The invention relates to a method of manufacturing perforating tools, as well as perforating tools manufactured according to the method. The tool is manufactured in that a number of blades (2) are placed densely packed together in a bracket. The blades (2) are, along their one longitudinal side, serrated with a large number of teeth (3). The serrated sides of the densely packed blades (2) form a serrated surface (5).
