PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processes, and make the continuos use possible for a long period by adjusting an inclined angle of a planted bristle between a vertical direction of a pedestal surface, and an axis in the longitudinal direction of the planted bristles within a specific angle range, forming the bristle part by three layers, and forming a joined bristle layer by partially bonding the bristles by a rubber elastic resin mutually. SOLUTION: This cup brush is obtained by planting the bristles 1 along the circumferential direction of a disc-shaped pedestal 2 in the shape of ring in a condition that they are uniformly inclined. The bristles 1 are planted at an angle ofα(inclined angleαof the planted bristle) to a vertical line 3 of a surface D of the disc-shaped pedestal 2, under a condition that the inclined angleαof the planted bristle is 7-70 deg.. Preferably the bristles 1 are planted at an angle of 15-45 deg.. The cup brush is separated into an independent bristle layer 6, a joined bristle layer 5 and a bristle planting resin layer 4, corresponding to the planted condition of the bristles 1. The jointed bristle layer 5 is placed between the bristle planting resin layer 4 and the independent bristle layer 6, and is partially bonded by a resin having the rubber elasticity.
