<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a scrap as well as make applicable to a hole shape part by adding a closed curve route, which passes an apex of a corner part and continues to two sides forming the corner part, to a working route and intermitting heat cutting at this closed curve route. SOLUTION: When reaching a start point P1 , a laser beam is made ON and piercing is conducted while undertaking cutting feed along a curve route P2 . When a laser beam machining head reaches an apex P4 (edge part) of a corner part, the laser beam is made OFF and the laser beam machining head is moved relatively for a work W to be worked along a closed curve route P5 of circular arc continuing to a linear route P3 up to again reaching an edge part P. The laser beam machining head reaches near the edge part P4 after moving to the closed curve route P5 , a laser beam is again made ON, the laser beam machining head is moved along a linear route P6 of the other side forming the corner part. Gas cooling and reduction of a working speed are not required.</p> |
