PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a key device furnish plural functions, and to realize the simplicity in the constitution. SOLUTION: A key device 20 for vehicle is buried in the grip part of an ignition key, and when the ignition key is inserted to the key cylinder of a vehicle, an AC voltage is applied to an antenna coil 74 provided at the vehicle side, and the electric power is fed to the key device 20 by inducing an AC voltage to an antenna coil 22. The fed power is fed to a transponder 32 for immobility by a power source converting control circuit 26, and a code for immobility is transmitted to the vehicle side through the antenna coils 22 and 74. When the completion of the transmission from the transponder 32 is reported, the power source converting control circuit 26 converts the feeding object of the power to a charging circuit 46, so as to charge a battery 48. When a switch 14 provided at the grip part is turned ON, the power is fed to a transmitter 50 for wireless from the battery 48, and a code for wireless is transmitted through a key plate 16. |
