PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for clearly plotting the treatment tool tip having a thin diameter in tomographic diagnostic images displayed on a monitor screen under observation by a tomographic observation device. SOLUTION: A needle piercing system 50 is mainly constituted of a needle part 50a formed from a metallic thin and long tubular thin diameter pipe 51 and a coil part 50b for which a coil 52 formed from the metal member of high elasticity is arranged at the tip part of the needle part 50a. The tip part of the coil 52 is fixed to the thin diameter pipe 51 by solder or the like and a rear end part is fixed to a pipe member 56 by an adhesive material or the like. The pipe member 56 is freely slidable to the thin diameter pipe 51, and by rotationally operating a coil handle 57, the pipe member 56 is rotated and the rotation of the pipe member 56 is transmitted to the coil 52. Thus, expansion to an outer side for enlarging the outer diameter dimension of the coil 52 is performed. |
