PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a bedewing phenomenon and to enable effective purifying treatment by providing a dust collector for collecting and removing dust in waste gas and a combustion and oxidation device for burning and removing harmful volatile components and malodorous components in waste gas and installing a gas circulating path for feeding back a part of high temperature gas to an inlet of the dust collector. SOLUTION: This treating device suitable for purifying wet waste gas is constituted of a suction hood 1 for covering a waste gas source 10, a bag filter type dust collector 2 for collecting and removing dust in waste gas, a fan 3, and a catalytic combustion and oxidation device 4 for burning and removing harmful volatile organic components, malodoous components, and the like. In this case, since temperature of gas leaving the combustion and oxidation device 4 is considerably higher compared with that of rear gas introduced into the dust collector 2, a gas circulating path 5 for feeding back a part of this high temperature gas to an inlet of the dust collector 2 to mix it with waste gas is installed. By increasing temperature of waste gas to be treated by the dust collector, relative humidity of the gas is lowered to precisely prevent dew condensation from occurring. |
