PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent resolution with a low cost, satisfactory accuracy and dimensional stability with excellent mass productivity by incorporating a transparent base material, and a layer containing polymer compound formed of repeating unit represented by a specific formula provided on the material as a main component. SOLUTION: The plate making film comprises a transparent base material and a layer containing polymer compound constituted by a repeating unit represented by a formula I provided on the base material [where A is formed of formulae II, III, and its additive form is a formula IV (x, y, z indicate integer of 1 or more, by weight calculated by x, y, z, and 44 (x+z)/(a molecular weight of 3-more C α-olefin oxide), y indicates 80/20 to 94/6, X indicates residue of organic compound having two active hydrogen groups, Y indicates 1-more C hydrocarbon group, and R1 indicates dicarboxylic acid and the like compound residue or diisocyanate compound residue]. Here, the film has 10 to 40% of light ray permeability of 400nm of wavelength. |
