<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating wall and a heat insulating roof capable of having high heat insulation efficiency and the effect of the prevention of condensation, at the same time, having excellent execution efficiency and being constructed at a low cost. SOLUTION: A wall substrate 2 is mounted to the outsides of a plurality of columns or studs 1, and a plate-like heat insulating block 6 is fitted between the columns or the studs 1. The heat insulating block 6 is equipped with projections 6a coming into contact with the inside of the wall substrate 2 around the edge side adjacent to the columns or the studs 1, a ventilating space 8 is formed between the outside of the heat insulating block 6 and wall substrate 2. The heat insulating block 6 is formed of a material easy to elastically deform, it is fitted in a state to have compressive deformation in the direction of an interval of the columns, and it is borne on press contact force acting between the sides of the columns or the studs 1. A synthetic resin layer 7 is formed on the inside thereof by field foaming. While, for the heat insulating roof, the same heat insulating block 6 is fitted between rafters.</p> |
