PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure with clamps which will not slide in slots even when side load is given to a shelf railing attached on the wall so that the shelf railing can be firmly fixed on the wall surface. SOLUTION: An attaching bracket 18 with a shelf board supporting part 38 and a wall fixing part 36 is fixed on the wall surface 12 with screws 32 inserted in slots 40. When a shelf railing 10 is attached on the wall surface 12 using this attaching bracket 18, squared washers 50 with a circular insertion hole whose diameter is suitable for the shaft of the screw 32 are firmly attached on the wall fixing part 36 overlapping the slots 40. Each screw 32 is inserted into each insertion hole and slot 40 to be fixed on the wall surface 12, so that the shelf railing 10 can be attached on the wall surface 12.
