PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizing apparatus for molding long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin capable of controlling rupture of reinforcing fiber and stably molding without causing resin to counterflow, and a molding method employing this and molding having a large reinforcing effect by reinforcing fiber. SOLUTION: The plasticizing apparatus for long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin is comprised of a screw 3 and screw head 1, a cylinder 4 installed on its outer periphery and a cylinder head 4a, a heater 5 secured on the cylinder 4, a hopper for feeding long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin to the screw 3 within the cylinder 4, a screw rotating device, and a screw advancing and retreating driving device 8 for injecting the aforementioned plasticized thermoplastic resin. in this instance, the screw heat 1 is configured to be a flat or recessed surface in its front surface. |
