PURPOSE:To print characters having variable density proper to brush by a processor, wherein when printing of characters having variable density in a desired sentence is instructed, desired character information is read out from a character information memory means so as to print the characters with variable density in accordance with character font and variable density information corresponding to the character information from a character generating information memory means. CONSTITUTION:When character are inputted at an input device 31, they are coded, undergo kana-kanji conversion at a CPU 32, a sentence with kana and kanji mixed therein is made, it is stored in a sentence buffer 34, and the inputted characters are displayed on a display device 33. When a print key is pressed, the CPU 32 fetches the characters stored in the sentence buffer 34 one by one. Next, a character font data is fetched from a data accumulating device 37 storing character font and variable density data. At an operation device 38, coordinates are calculated for deforming and arranging a formula data in accordance with stroke data, and variable density balance at each coordinate is calculated. The coordinate data is developed into a bit data at a printing buffer 35 and printing is performed at a printing device 36. |
