Absorbent material nappy or pad trouser with openings (5,6) for the waist and legs and a stretchable elastic waist section (4) characterised by each of the material side sections (7,8) being divided along an axis between the free edge of a waist section and its opening, into two separate sections (7a,7b; 8a,8b) held together by a detachable fastening. The side sections sepd. by detaching the fastening can only be joined back together by placing them in the same position as they were in the secured position. |
