摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a device by which always stable frictional force can be generated to rotary motion with an extremely simple structure. CONSTITUTION: When a rotary body l is rotated, respective rollers 2 roll while contacting with the rotary body 1 and a passive body 3. In that case, since the respective rollers 2 move along a rotary orbit of the rotary body 1 while being regulated by a cage 4 in trying to roll in the direction inclined by a prescribed angle to the rotary orbit of the rotary body 1, sliding friction is generated between the respective rollers 2, the rotary body 1 and the passive body 3. In that case, since the respective rollers 2 generate the sliding friction while rolling, static friction is not generated, and stable resistance force by dynamic friction is always obtained. By an inclination of rolling shafts of the respective rollers 2 and conical opposing surfaces of the rotary body 1 and the passive body 3, when the rotary body 1 rotates in one direction frictional force of the respective rollers 2 becomes large, whereas when it rotates in the other direction, the frictional force of the respective rollers 2 becomes small.
