<p>PURPOSE:To surely and easily recognize a target on a picture without fail by displaying the target while changing the color, and decelerating or stopping scroll speed when that target appears on a screen in the case of retrieving the target while performing scroll. CONSTITUTION:A drawing corresponding to drawing data 3-3 for plotting segmented selectively is plotted on a CRT screen 4-1 of a display device 4. A CPU 1 detects the starting/stopping instruction of a scroll function from a mouse 5-1 or a keyboard 5-2, decides the scroll direction from the relative positions of a cursor 9 and a specified point P decided in advance on the CRT screen 4-1 by detecting the start and moves the drawing at fixed speed. Next, target data 3-5 for retrieval inputted as data expressing the target to be previously retrieved from an input device 5 are retrieved, when the target exists in the drawing under scrolling, the scroll speed is decelerated or stopped and the plotting color of the target is changed into any color different from the plotting color on the screen.</p> |
