<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which normally and accurately forms a process flow suitable for the actual condition of a line in the respective kinds, and accurately performs the changed contents of the process flow in the respective kinds, and provide a manufacturing process procedure check system, in a many kinds variable quantity manufacturing line having a plurality of manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: An aimed process flow block code is retrieved from a process flow block code name storage knowledge 1-1 wherein combination of large processes and small processes is changed, with a retrieval part A1-41, and is selected with a selection part A1-51. A next process flow block code is selected similarly to the above method, and arrangement of processes is formed while arrangement of processes is judged with a process flow block code arrangement knowledge 1-22. A small process code is retrieved from a condition key knowledge part 1-3 having condition knowledge of the small process code, and a condition key is selected with a selection part B1-52. The above process flow is displayed on a process flow display part 1-6, and completed process flows are stored in a process flow storing part 1-7 for each kind.</p> |
