PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out uniform colorization with ease, executing hue matching in an photographic printing portion and non-photographic printing portion without lowering tensile strength or tearing strength, and avoid coloring difference from being formed in uneven hue by conducting monotone image printing for hue matching in the photographic printing portion and non-photographic printing portion of a thermal transfer image receiving sheet. SOLUTION: Monotone photographic printing is done for hue matching in the photographic printing portion and non-photographic printing portion of a thermal transfer image receiving sheet. The non-photographic printing portion in the thermal transfer image receiving sheet is matched to a photographic printing portion hue having a thermal transfer sheet coloring material layer transferred thereto by preparing a kind and an additive quantity of the coloring material to be added to the intermediate layer or receptor layer. In a monocolor image matter, a kind and content of the coloring material in the thermal transfer sheet coloring layer as well as the ground color of the non-photographic printing portion is prepared in order not to generate the coloring difference of an uneven hue from a shadow portion of the photographic printing portion to a highlight portion. As such, uniform colorization can be done simply without generating dye transfer lowering, transfer unevenness, or the like in the receptor layer, and hue matching in the photographic printing portion and non- photographic printing portion can be implemented correctly without lowering tensile strength and tearing strength. |
