<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate passing in a bent pipe section and allow the repairing work in the middle of the bent pipe by providing the flexible double-pipe constitution in which a repairing tool main body and a protector are not fixed at the front end side and fixed only at the rear end side. CONSTITUTION:A repairing tool main body made of a flexible pipe 13 is extracted from a protector made of flexible pipes 25 and 25' in a repairing device, and a repairing material (a) is wound on an expansion film 14 made of heating rubber. It is then inserted, a cylinder 3 is shrunk, a coupling claw 6 is retreated by a spring 10, and a hook 7 is coupled with a coupling section 26 on the protector side. It is towed in a pipeline 29 with a wire 27 and passes a bent section with the bends of the flexible pipes 25 and 25' and the flexible pipe 13, the coupling claw 6 is thrust to the inner face of the pipeline 29 by the extension of the cylinder 3 when it reaches a repair position. A hook 7 is released, a rear end member 1' is fixed, only the protector side is further toward under this condition, the repairing material (a) is exposed, the expansion film 14 is expanded, and the repairing material (a) is excited from electrodes 15 and 15 and deposited on the inner face of the pipeline 29.</p> |
