PURPOSE:To provide superior resolution and stability, to control environmental pollution and to eliminate unfavorable influence on the human body by using a specified org. polymer binder. CONSTITUTION:This insulating paste compsn. contains an org. polymer binder, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymn. initiator, inorg. powder and an org. solvent which evaporates at a lower speed than water. The binder is soluble in the org. solvent and also soluble in water. The pref. amt. of the monomer added is 30-200pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. binder and that of the initiator is 0.01-25pts.wt. The amt. of the inorg. powder added depends on the kind of the powder and the purpose for which the paste is used. The powder is generally added by about 10-80wt.% of the total amt. of the compsn. including the solvent. Since any inorg. powder can be used, a desired thin ceramic layer is obtd. the paste is economical and causes no environmental pollution because it can be developed with water. |
