PURPOSE:To improve a reclaiming procedure capable of being helpful in remarkably increasing and improving the performance, in particular, durability of a reclaimed tire by fitting a restrictive annulus ring formed in its inner surface with a recess crown radius which permits a slight glowing of the outer diameter in a crown shoulder part, and charging a predetermined inner pressure into a base tire, and further, performing open-vulcanization under the highly temperatured vulcanization environment of a somewhat lower pressure as compared with the inner pressure. CONSTITUTION:After an envelope tube 4 covering the entire surface is given therearound, it is fabricated in a regular rim, after that, an air is filled thereinto through a valve and then the inner pressure thereof is controlled in 8kg/cm<2>. The fitting of a restrictive annulus ring prior to the charging of the inner pressure is conducted and open-culcaniazation is carried out within a vulcanizing can for several hours. The restrictive annulus ring 6 becomes a recess crown in its inner surface and has a breadth crossing over the whole breadth of tread of a raw tire to be reclaimed. The degree of the recess crown in the restrictive annulus ring 6 is of a type that is restricts the growing of the outer diameter in a crown central part, however, slightly permits the growing of the outer diameter in a crown shoulder part wherein, for example, the value of an increasing rate in the shoulder inner diameter Dms of the restrictive annulus ring is set about 4 times as much as the value of an increasing rate in the central inner diameter Dmc of the restrictive annulus ring. |
