<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having physical properties usable as a product such as a film, etc., and also exhibiting a biodegradability by dissolving a specific aliphatic polyester resin and an isocyanate compound in a solvent, drying to remove the solvent and heating for curing the mixture. SOLUTION: This thermosetting and biodegradable resin composition is obtained by dissolving (A) an aliphatic polyester resin having at least >=3 hydroxyl groups in the terminals of an in a molecular chain and (B) 1.5-20wt.% isocyanate compound based on the component (A), preferably an aliphatic diisocyanate compound of the formula: OCN(CHR1 )1 (CHR2 )m (CHR3 )n NCO [(l), (m), (n) are each >=0; R1 to R3 are each H or an alkyl) in (C) a solvent, mixing the solution, drying to remove the component (C) and heating the mixture for curing.</p> |
