PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve uniform emboss shapability, mirror surface smoothness, and non-defectiveness by covering a shaft core with a ruber layer and a metal layer, forming the metal layer as a seamless tubular material containing nickel as a main component, and covering it with a film containing chromium as a main component. SOLUTION: A shaft core 2 is formed of an S4C steel material, and with a channel for circulating heating medium oil therein. The channel has a four- strip spiral structure. Then, the core 2 is covered with liquid-like silicone ruber containing SiO2 powder, and a thickness of the rubber layer 3 is regulated to about 2mm by polishing after the rubber is cured. Then, a nickel tube 4a having a thickness of about 0.2mm is formed by an electric casting process, and a hard chrome plated film 4b having a thickness of about 0.05mm is given to a surface of the tube 4a. The surface of the layer 3 coating the core 2 is coated with silicone adhesive. Then, the layer 3 covering the core 2 is inserted into the tube 4a, and the adhesive is cured. |
