PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the abrasion of a grinding wheel, and remove a burr on a surface and that inside, by installing deburring machines of different working types along a conveying direction of a work, and using a vertical rotary brush- type deburring machine as at least one of the deburring machines. SOLUTION: This deburring device comprises the first deburring machine for removing a burr on a surface, the second deburring machine for removing a burr inside and the edge defect, and the third deburring machine 3 for finishing the surface by removing the burned part on the surface. The second deburring machine 2 comprises a rotary brush 21 which is rotated on a vertical spindle to remove the burr of a recessed part, the second conveyor 22, a driving device 23, and a connecting member for simultaneously moving the rotary brushes 21, 22 arranged in plural lines in the vertical direction. Whereby the burr of the surface and inside can be effectively removed. The generation of the dispersion of the projecting length of the brush can be prevented. |
