SUBSTANCE: machine has housing 1, end shields 2 with suction and discharge ports 3 and 4 and impeller 5 with blades 6 located eccentrically in housing 1. Blades 6 are bent in direction opposite to rotation. Diameter of impeller 5 is determined from relationship <EMI ID=0.534 HE=6 WI=24 TI=CHI>, where Q is capacity at 40 kPa, B is width of impeller, A is proportionality factor and n is rotational speed. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency at pressure below 40 kPa; reduced consumption of sealing liquid, usage of material and cost. 2 dwgd
