FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has triacs 1-3 inserted between terminals for connecting phases A, B, C to supply mains and load terminals 4-6, limiting resistors 7-8, first diode 10-12 and second diode 13-15, control switch 16; first leads of limiting resistors are connected to gate electrode of respective triac and second ones, to anodes of diodes 10, 13:11, 14:12, 15; cathode of first diode 10 of phase A and that of first diode 11 of phase B are connected to output terminal 6 of triac switch phase C; cathode of second diode 14 of phase B, to output terminal 4 of phase A; cathodes of diodes 12 and 15 of phase C, to terminals for connecting phases A, B to supply mains; control switch 16 is connected in parallel with control junction of phase C triac 3.
