The sensor presents a cup shaped metal support (1) housing two thermistors (30,40) with disc shapes. The opposite surfaces of the thermistors are metallised and used as electrodes. The thermistors are placed inside two recesses (11,12) separated by a canal (13). The fluid whose temperature is being measured circulates through this canal. The support presents a threaded section or a bracket which can be used to attach it to a pipe through which the fluid circulates. A connector engages the support and connects the sensitive elements to the car electrical circuits.
