The invention concerns a pump for injecting (1) reagent into a plurality of flasks (M) to carry out chemical reactions. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a reagent injecting unit comprising: a pump body (100) provided with a suction duct (111) designed to be connected to a reservoir of reagents and with as many injection ducts (112, 113, 114) as the maximum number n of flasks (M) to be supplied, each injection duct being connected to a flask; a bellows (130) capable of being translated between an expanded position and a compressed position; and a dispenser (120) mounted movable inside the pump body and comprising a connecting duct (121a, 121b) for connecting the suction ducts and the injection ducts to said bellows.
