A binder composition for coating materials, printing inks, or adhesives and a coating composition for decorative polyolefin resin papers which both comprise as major components a chlorinated polyolefin and a polyurethane resin obtained by reacting a diisocyanate compound with a polyester polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000 obtained by reacting 2,4,4-trimethyl-1,6-hexanediol or 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,6-hexanediol with an acid; a laminated cloth obtained by laminating the polyurethane resin to a woven filament made of a synthetic resin; and an automotive air bag comprising the laminated cloth.
