PURPOSE:To firmly fix a label to an outer peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:A winding bobbin in a full wound state is held rotatably. While an electric cable 33 wound around the winding bobbin is pressed at the outer peripheral surface thereof over a predetermined width by a pressing roller 59, the terminal of the electric cable is cut on the way between a loss winding drum and the winding bobbin. An extra length taken out of the cut point to the vicinity of a point pressed by the pressing roller 59 is wound back around the winding bobbin while being pressed. Thereafter, a label 64 is stuck by an automatic label sticking device 3. The winding bobbin is drivingly rotated while being pressed so that the label 64 is press-fitted along the outer peripheral surface 33b of the wound electric cable 33. |
