Coherent microwave generator with selector Josephson network

摘要

The generator uses Josephson contacts, or components containing contacts. The network contacts are so linked by superconductive couplings that a periodical, regular network part is formed, consisting of individual cells with several contacts. Two contacts lie in current flow direction forming a contact chain, through which part of the network current passes, does not contain any inner nodes. A simply closed current path exists for each contact of the periodical network part such that the contact and all contacts of the selector chain lie on the path. The location of selector chain contacts is specified.
