ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOSITIONS, THEIR PREPARATION AND USE

A composition is described which is suitable for use as a toilet block, which composition comprises an antimicrobial composition comprising a silver compound deposited on a physiologically inert oxidic synthetic particulate support material; and a carrier for the antimicrobial composition, which carrier is adapted to render the composition suitable for use as a toilet block. Preferably, the composition is formed into an in-the-bowl toilet block and contained within a siphonic cage.
