The electrical flat pin (14) connector is produced as a metal pressing with a shape (5) at one end that receives the pin and with formed elements (4) at the other end that allow the connector to be crimped onto a wire. The pin connecting end has two rolled over loop sections (7) and the pin is held in position by these with the tip being welded to a single lug (11).
