The invention solves the problem of packing, preparing and mixing a mixture of substances containing at least two constituents. The inventive device has a receptacle for one of the two constituents and comprises two axially oriented, temporarily closed openings, a device for applying vacuum, as well as a device for vacuum-sealed placement on top of a second receptacle and a device to insert a suction needle. By applying a vacuum, a second constituent of said mixture is suctioned from an ampule into the receptacle via the inserted suction needle. The axially closed vessel is traversed by an agitator stick vacuum seal on both openings. The membrane or the lid is pierced and the mixture consisting of two constituents is homogeneously mixed by renewed application of a vacuum after removing the suction cannula.
