The sealing pins (4) prevent the outlet of cooling air from the lower section between the adjacent platforms (2). In the direction of the rotary shaft run grooves (6) to four corners of a flange section and which run in the longitudinal direction of the platforms. A sealing plate (10) is so fitted in the grooves (20) that it runs in such a way between the adjacent platforms that it closes a gap between them. The sealing plate made of a V-shaped elastic material is widened by its spring force after it has been fitted in the grooves so that it is fixed by being pressed against the inner surface of the groove.
