<p>For spindle spinning and twisting, the material feed has a control at the start of the ballooning action, where there is a rotating spindle for the bobbin sleeve and a balloon limit with an inner contact surface with the yarn. It is fitted on the same axis as the spindle, and rotates in the same direction as the spindle. Two units act with the spindle, where one always slides along the other under program control. The yarn carried by the inner surface of the balloon limit is taken directly to the sleeve as an open and rotating loop, extended by centrifugal force, where its return bend from the rotary axis of the spindle is at a greater radial gap than at each point on the limit surface from which the loop is drawn. Also claimed is an assembly with a feed (2) for the fibre material and a control point (15) at the start of the yarn balloon (16). A rotary spindle (13) carries the bobbin sleeve (23), and a balloon limit (14) has an inner contact surface (44) for the yarn (P). The limit is on the same axis as the spindle, rotating in the same direction with it, forming a pair of units where one always slides along the other under program control. The limit surface (44) has a peripheral entry running point (47) to take the yarn (P) directly from the working surface (44) to the sleeve (23), and the yarn (P) is formed into an open loop (48) through centrifugal force. Each required point of the working surface (44) is further from the entry end (45) of the balloon limit (14) than the peripheral inlet entry point (47) at the larger radial gap from the rotary axis (17) of the spindle (13) at the peripheral entry running point (47).</p> |
