The material in the primary vessel wall (1) is selected with the highest possible energy-transmitting properties. The primary vessel (1) collects an essential greater fluid volume (20) in relation to the secondary side (3), is enclosed by secondary fluid (3), and uses its whole surface for energy transmission to the secondary fluid and permits a long time interval for energy transfer. - The secondary fluid (3) is separated from and stored separately from the primary fluid (20) so that the thermic conditions are utilised and cooling does not occur of the unheated primary fluid. The primary fluid (20) is introduced into the primary vessel (1) from the top and issues (4) under the fluid level already in the vessel. An evacuation pipe with a water lock (8) eliminates excess pressure in the upper part of the primary vessel (1).
