A voltage sample introducing voltage is applied between a sample reservoir and a sample waste liquid reservoir, then switched to an application of electrophoretic separating voltage between a buffer reservoir and a drain reservoir, and its analysis is started. When the analysis is started, the detector detects a migration pattern of a separating channel, and its detection pattern is data processed by a signal processing board 50. |
