PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pierce an electrode to a desired part in an organization so as to execute positioning by forming at least one of plural electrodes to be a shape which can be pierced into a living body and coating the electrode so as to reduce electric insulating property at least in its tip part. SOLUTION: A high-frequency power source 1 in a high-frequency device is connected to a piercing electrode 3 to be pierced into the living body in one side and to an out-of-body electrode 4 which is arranged in a prescribed position in the outside of the living body 6 in the other side with a matching circuit 2 for attaining matching of the impedance of the living body 6. Then, high-frequency current with the matching circuit 2 is permitted to flow in the both electrodes 3 and 4 so that high-frequency current is given only to a medical treatment part 5 to execute a prescribed treatment in the living body 6 by heating, solidification and burning, etc., against the part 5. In this case, the piercing electrode 3 is constituted by coating the periphery of an electrode needle 8 consisting of stainless steel being a conductive body in a center part by a coating part 7 provided with a lubricity by non-uniform thickness so that piercing is facilitated. |
