<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small turntable device, for YAG laser welding, capable of quick welding with high locus precision without teaching. SOLUTION: Circular welding is performed by clamping a work W with a chuck provided on a turntable 21 and rotating it at a desired revolution speed by means of a motor 11 with the speed freely adjustable. In this case, the chuck is selected corresponding to the radius of the circular work W and installed on the turntable 21. The center of revolution at the time of welding can be taken in either vertical or horizontal direction. The speed of revolution of the turntable 21 is determined from the radius of the circumference for welding and the welding speed, with the revolution speed adjusted for the speed control motor 11, so that welding is performed at a proper revolution speed.</p> |
